Creamy Orange Fluff Salad

Ingredients

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin (Jell-O)

1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups mini marshmallows

½–1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

Extra mandarin oranges and whipped cream for topping

Directions

Dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add ½ cup cold water and refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes, until slightly thickened but not set.
